Just fill in the information below and specify the service you'd like. When you're done, print the resulting form on your computer's printer. Send your film or prints, the printed order form, and your payment in any secure box to:

If for some reason your computer does not calculate the form, please print the blank form and fill it in by hand.

Dale Pro Scans are available from 35mm, 120, and 4" x 5" negatives or transparencies. Scans are priced by file size, starting at 36MB (or 12 megapixels). 35mm can be scanned up to 300MB; 120 and 4" x 5" can be scanned up to 500MB.

All images will be in 24 Bit color TIFF format in an sRGB color space.
