To Order 120 and 35mm "Pro" Proofing & Enlarging:

Please fill in (type in) the following, self-calculating Order Form. When you reach the bottom of the form, click on the Compute and Format for Printing button and your computer will calculate the exact payment due. Print the completed form on your laser printer and include it, your film, and payment in any sturdy envelope. Mail 35mm rolls in their protective plastic cans. Use a cardboard box to mail 120 rolls. Send your previously developed 35mm and 120 negatives between cardboards. Please do not cut negatives into single frames. Developed 35mm negatives should be in strips of 3 or 4 frames; 120 negatives in groups of 2 or 3 frames. Send your order to:

Proofing shipping charges:
	Standard: $4.50 per roll	Priority Mail $8.00 per order
Enlargements:
	Up to 50 Prints — $4.50 (4" x 6" - 11" x 14") Over 50 Prints — $8.00 (4" x 6" - 11" x 14")
Mixed orders with both roll proofing and enlarging will be charged a flat rate of $15.00. Canada and Mexico, an additional $10.50 per roll will be added. For orders elsewhere outside the United States, an additional $17.50 per roll will be added.
