• Please take a few moments to review the card designs shown above. Then, circle the card style you want and write it on this order form in the space provided.
• Enclose payment by check or credit card.
• Mail your negative (in a strip of 3 or 4 frames; not cut into a single frame), your slide, or a digital JPEG file burned to a CD-R to our laboratory. We suggest mailing negatives, slides and CDs between cardboards. You may use our postage-free yellow mailer or any secure envelope or box.
