Inexpensive…yet high-quality…enlargements of special event photography.
Package prints allow you to offer your clients a "value pack" of various sized prints and enlargements at competitive prices. At the same time, by your ordering an increased volume of the same package groupings from our laboratory, you receive significantly lower per print prices than if you were to order individual enlargements. So, you're able to increase your sales and boost your studio's profit margin!
Package prints are traditionally ordered by studios for their school, sports and band photography. However, package printing may also be applicable for other event photography where the order quantity, backgrounds and lighting meet our laboratory's requirements.

11" packages like this one are priced at just $3.50 per print sheet. (Uncut)
8" packages are priced at only $2.50 per print sheet. (Uncut) We offer twenty-six different print packages to suit your needs. Please see the chart below.

Marketing suggestions and lab requirements:
Choose your customer offerings so that you can provide a variety of economically attractive combinations of print sizes.
Ideally, you should offer no more than three package sizes per lab order. You should be able create any combination of print sizes with no more than two separate package designs.
Simplicity in your offerings will make it easier for you to sell your services and manage your orders. If you offer potential customers too many options, all-too-often, people may become confused and order nothing. So, keep your offerings simple! (i.e. Basic packages such as one 8" x 10" and two 5" x 7" prints…1 of package 8 - 00 work well).
This doesn't mean that you can't order more complex combinations. Just be sure that whatever you are offering, that the print combinations are easy for people to comprehend. Increased sized (and priced) packages must make sense to consumers from a value-added perspective.
Try to have an entry-level option that nearly anyone can afford and then some upgraded packages that are an easy price/value decision for parents to decide on. An additional $7 - $10 won't stop most people from ordering a couple extra 5" x 7" or 8" x 10" prints to share with grandparents. An extra $25 might kill a sale. You know your customers. So, price according to your experience and the market you're serving.
Display of sample prints and price point marketing will both work in helping to increase your sales.
To qualify for package print pricing 1) the same lighting and background must be used for all photographs and 2) you must have a minimum order of 15 package prints. (The laboratory reserves the right to determine which photographs, backgrounds and lighting qualify for package printing.)
Professional matte paper is standard; glossy is available on request.
How to order:
Print out this page, with the Package Prints chart of sizes shown above, and fill in the package(s) you want.
Submit either 35mm negatives or burn your digital pictures (as JPEG files) to a CD-R. Specific requirements are listed on the chart.
CDs should be organized with images for each lab package in separate, marked folders. (i.e. All images for Package 11 - 05 would be in one folder. Where you'd be using more than one package to fulfill customer orders…say one of 8 - 00 and one of 8 – 01…you would create a folder for all pictures using that combination of two packages.)
Circle the print packages you're ordering on the printout of our Package Prints chart. Then, write the print quantities (with package ID #s) and sizes you're ordering on a separate piece of paper.
5. Mail your negatives or CD, your written instructions and payment (by check or credit card) to us. Be sure to include your name, address, telephone number and email address.
